Hippie Haven

Socio is one of our favorite projects to date, where we were given full creative freedom to lean into bold, retro-inspired design. Color, pattern, and playful details were layered throughout the space to create a look that feels expressive and memorable without overwhelming the compact layout. By embracing mix-and-match prints and smart space planning, we turned a smaller footprint into a high-impact, highly livable Airbnb.

The result is a stay that’s distinctly Instagram-worthy — and a proven performer, generating approximately 25% higher revenue compared to similarly sized apartments in the same building.
