Days 1-3
Site Visit, Interview & Direction
We visit the apartment to take photos, measurements, and interview you about your taste & target audience. We then propose a concept name and a tailored moodboard. You approve, we proceed.

Procurement & Build
We source, order, and stage every item. Suppliers are coordinated, deliveries scheduled to your apartment, custom pieces fabricated. You stay out of it.

Setup & Photography
Full install, styling pass, photographer on-site. Apartment goes from empty to listing-ready in 48 hours. You walk in to a finished home.
Timelines assume vacant apartment access and standard supply chain. Build complexity, custom items, or tenant transitions may extend by 5–10 days. We'll confirm a precise timeline after the site visit.
