Emaar Beachfront - Beach Isle

Coastal Ease is a 2-bedroom in Emaar Beachfront, designed as a turnkey short-term rental — the ocean is the loudest thing in the room.

We leaned coastal without going theme-park. Soft blue throughout, custom-built sofa in performance fabric, bespoke walnut TV unit. Kitchen in light oak with sand-toned countertops and brushed brass hardware. The balcony got proper spend — performance-fabric loungers, sand-tone outdoor rug, planters that won't sun-bleach in two seasons.

The playful colour nook in the master bedroom is the small move that earned its keep. Gives guests something to photograph and post.
