Alpha Suite

Located in the heart of Dubai’s financial district, this duplex was designed with a modern, mid-century sensibility tailored to what we call the “Finance Bro” clientele. The existing wooden floors and spiral staircase set the tone, and our approach focused on preserving that character while elevating the overall aesthetic.

A dated kitchen was refreshed with a full wrap, custom furniture was introduced throughout, and a cozy reading nook was carved out beneath the staircase, complete with a wraparound gallery wall. A spacious balcony with layered seating — from lounge areas to an egg chair and floor cushions — completes this high-impact Airbnb designed for both style and comfort.
