Dubai Hills Estate
Fast turnkey for short-term rental in Dubai Hills. We leaned warm — walnut, brass, mustard, olive, smoked glass. A long way from the chrome-and-marble Dubai cliché.
The gallery wall is the room. Thirty-something prints in mismatched frames — vintage Arabic film posters, jazz illustrations, a "Cool People Live Here" sign hung for the joke of it. Loose grid, on purpose.
We didn't replace the kitchen — wrapped the countertop and let the chevron backsplash do its thing.
The open partition is the building's idea, treated as a feature. Sheer curtains both sides. Privacy when you want it, depth when you don't.
Behind the glass: sage channel-tufted headboard, half-wall textured wallpaper, mid-century black-ball lamps, layered linen. The quiet half.
Balcony got muted green metal seating, floral cushions, geometric rug. Small but did its job.
